계정 정보
계정을 생성하거나 프로젝트 초대를 수락할 때 다음 정보를 수집합니다:

- 프로필 사진 (직접 업로드하거나 Google 로그인을 통해 제공하는 경우, 선택 사항)
- 프로젝트 내 역할 (계약자, 프로젝트 매니저, 클라이언트, 또는 하도급업체)
사용자 콘텐츠
앱의 핵심 기능을 제공하기 위해, 사용자와 프로젝트 팀이 앱 내에서 생성하는 다음과 같은 콘텐츠를 수집·저장합니다:
- 프로젝트 상세 정보 (프로젝트명, 주소, 일정)
- 작업, 작업 일정, 의존 관계, 완료 상태
- 자재 정보 (주문일·배송일, 브랜드 정보, 상태 포함)
- 프로젝트를 위해 업로드한 인보이스 및 기타 사진·문서
- 프로젝트 채팅 내에서 공유된 메시지와 이미지
이 콘텐츠는 같은 프로젝트의 다른 구성원과 공유될 수 있도록 저장되며, 각 구성원의 앱 내 역할과 권한에 따라 접근이 제한됩니다.
사용 및 진단 데이터
당사는 Google이 제공하는 Firebase 서비스를 사용하여 앱 사용 현황을 파악하고 문제를 식별·해결합니다. Firebase를 통해 다음을 자동으로 수집합니다:
- 제품 상호작용 및 사용 데이터 (Firebase Analytics)
- 크래시 리포트 및 성능 데이터 (Firebase Crashlytics)
- 푸시 알림 전송에 사용되는 기기 식별자 (Firebase Cloud Messaging)
2. 정보 이용 방법

3. 정보 공유 방법
프로젝트 팀과의 공유. 프로젝트 콘텐츠(작업, 자재, 채팅 메시지 및 관련 사진·문서)는 같은 프로젝트에 초대된 다른 구성원에게 역할에 따라 공개됩니다. 예를 들어 계약자와 프로젝트 매니저는 일반적으로 프로젝트 전체를 볼 수 있는 반면, 클라이언트나 하도급업체는 자신과 관련된 정보만 볼 수 있습니다.
서비스 제공업체와의 공유. 당사는 앱 운영을 위해 다음의 제3자 서비스 제공업체를 이용합니다. 이들은 당사를 대신해 데이터를 처리하며, 계약상 자신의 목적으로 데이터를 이용하는 것이 제한됩니다:

계정이 활성 상태이거나 변경 이력 기능을 포함한 앱 기능 제공에 필요한 기간 동안 계정 및 프로젝트 정보를 보관합니다. 계정을 삭제하면, 법적 또는 정당한 사업상의 이유로 보관이 필요한 경우를 제외하고 합리적인 기간 내에 개인정보를 삭제하거나 익명화합니다.
5. 데이터 보안

7. 아동의 개인정보
OLLO는 계약자, 프로젝트 매니저 및 그들의 클라이언트·하도급업체가 업무 목적으로 사용하도록 만들어졌으며, 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 당사는 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 개인정보를 제공했다고 판단되는 경우, 삭제할 수 있도록 당사에 연락해 주세요.
8. 국제 데이터 이전
Firebase/Google을 포함한 당사의 서비스 제공업체는 사용자의 거주 국가 외부에 위치한 서버에서 정보를 처리·저장할 수 있습니다. 앱을 사용함으로써 사용자는 이러한 정보의 이전, 저장, 처리에 동의하게 됩니다.

This Privacy Policy describes how OLLO (“the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application.
OLLO is developed and operated by Min Hwang (“the Developer”).
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account or accept an invitation to join a project, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- A profile photo, if you choose to add one (either uploaded directly or provided through Sign in with Google)
- Your role on a project (Contractor, Project Manager, Client, or Subcontractor)
User Content
To provide the App’s core features, we collect and store the content you and your project team create inside the App, including:
- Project details (project name, address, schedule dates)
- Tasks, task schedules, dependencies, and completion status
- Materials, including order and delivery dates, brand information, and status
- Invoices and other photos or documents you upload for a project
- Chat messages and images shared within a project’s chat
This content is stored so it can be shared with the other members of the same project, consistent with each member’s role and permissions inside the App.
Usage and Diagnostic Data
We use Firebase, a service provided by Google, to help us understand how the App is used and to identify and fix problems. Through Firebase, we automatically collect:
- Product interaction and usage data (Firebase Analytics)
- Crash reports and performance data (Firebase Crashlytics)
- A device identifier used to deliver push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to:
- Create and manage your account
- Operate the App’s core functionality: projects, tasks, materials, chat, and edit history
- Share relevant project content with the other members of a project, according to their role
- Send push notifications related to your projects
- Diagnose technical problems and improve the App’s stability and performance
- Communicate with you about your account or the App, when necessary
We do not sell your information, and we do not use your information for third-party advertising or for tracking you across other companies’ apps or websites.
3. How Information Is Shared
With your project team. Project content (tasks, materials, chat messages, and related photos or documents) is visible to the other members invited to that same project, based on their role. For example, a Contractor and Project Manager typically have full visibility into a project, while a Client or Subcontractor sees the information relevant to their involvement.
With service providers. We use the following third-party service providers to operate the App. These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes:

We retain your account and project information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App’s features, including the edit history feature, which keeps a record of changes made to a project over time. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted network connections (HTTPS/TLS) and the security infrastructure provided by Firebase, to help protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You can:
- Review and update your name and profile photo from within the App
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email address below
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 9.
7. Children’s Privacy
OLLO is intended for use by contractors, project managers, and their clients and subcontractors in a business context, and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
8. International Data Transfers
Our service providers, including Firebase/Google, may process and store information on servers located outside your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to this transfer, storage, and processing of your information.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
