OLLO는 첫 현장 확인부터 마지막 인보이스까지, 계약자와 클라이언트가 같은 정보를 보게 해줍니다. 작업은 시각적 타임라인(간트 차트)으로 관리되어 하나를 옮기면 나머지 일정이 자동으로 조정되고, 자재는 주문부터 배송까지 상태별로 추적되며 인보이스도 함께 첨부됩니다. 프로젝트마다 전용 채팅방이 있어 어떤 대화도 문자 메시지 속에서 사라지지 않습니다.

모든 변경 사항은 누가, 언제 무엇을 바꿨는지 자동으로 기록되고, 계약자와 PM은 실수를 한 번의 탭으로 되돌릴 수 있습니다. 권한도 실제 현장 구조에 맞춰져 있습니다 — 계약자는 프로젝트를 소유하고, PM은 소유권 없이 전체 업무 권한을 가지며, 클라이언트와 하도급업체는 자신에게 필요한 정보만 보게 됩니다.

OLLO keeps contractors and clients on the same page, from the first walkthrough to the final invoice. Tasks live on a visual timeline (Gantt chart) that reschedules itself when one task moves, materials get tracked from order to delivery with invoices attached, and every project has its own chat thread so nothing gets lost in a text chain.

Every edit is logged automatically — who changed what, and when — and contractors and PMs can revert a mistake in one tap. Roles are built for how jobs actually work: contractors own the project, PMs get full day-to-day access, and clients and subs see exactly what’s relevant to them.
